How can I return a product?

Returns

 

To return a product you only have to send an email to customer@handlie.com with the codes of the products you want to return and your order and invoice numbers.

You should keep all the products in order to be able to return them to Handlie in the appropriate conditions of use, with all of its components and accessories and being able to, with due caution, inspect and manipulate the product.

Please send the products with all their documents / invoices.

After the product is received, it will be inspected and our technical and quality control teams will check its conditions.
