Soudafoam FR is a ready to use one component self-expanding polyurethane foam. Its propellants are harmless to the ozone layer. Fire rating of up to 240 min, in certain configurations.

• Bonding and installation of windowsills and window and fire door frames.
• Retardant sealing of connections between construction elements.
• Filling of openings and cavities.
• All applications where fire retardant characteristics are required such as:
• Sealing of all openings in roof constructions
• Sealing of cable and pipe penetrations in general
• Bonding of insulation materials
• Application of sound-deadening layers
• Improving thermal insulation in cold store areas

HOW TO USE
Shake the can for at least 20 seconds. Fit the foam can in the gun.
Moisten surfaces with a water sprayer prior to foam application. It can be used in any direction. Stop pressing the gun trigger to stop. Fill holes and cavities with about 80%, as the foam will slightly expand.
Shake the can repeatedly and regularly during application. If you have to work in layers repeat moistening after each layer. Fresh foam can be removed using Soudal Foamcleaner or acetone. Cured foam can only be removed mechanically.
Work with temperatures between 5°C and 35°C (ideally, we recommend between 20°C and 25°C). Due to the foam's flexibility, we recommend you to use a sharp knife to cut the foam.

OBSERVATIONS
• Cured polyurethane must be protected from UV radiation by paint or application of a layer of sealant over the foam (silicone, MS Polymer, acrylic and PU sealant)

• Guaranteed expiration date: over 3 months.
